Everything in life is energy, and everything in your life is created from the energy you have within you. That is why it is so important to learn fast, simple and natural ways to boost your vitality, because the more energy you have within you, the easier it is for you to manifest your dreams!

  1. Choose positive thinking!
It is very hard to succeed at anything if you feel pessimistic, depressed and negative, as this quickly drains your energy and blocks your ability to find solutions and new ways of thinking. If you wish to succeed in life you have to be able to remain positive – no matter what – and have faith that all is going to be well. Is it easy? No. Is it useful? Absolutely, because when you are positive and hopeful you are more open to receiving guidance from the divine intelligence that is present in all of life. This is the same intelligence that causes the sun to rise and the stars to shine. It is the same intelligence that causes the spring to arrive after a long winter, and a tiny acorn to grow into a mighty oak tree. This intelligence is far greater than our mind’s potential to solve problems. If we focus on fear we effectively shut down our ability to perceive beyond our mind’s grasp; instead, all we can feel, think and see are our own fear-based thoughts. But, the moment we allow ourselves to trust in the faith that life, somehow, is going to work out, our mind relaxes and then, as if by a miracle, this intelligence begins to whisper its loving guidance to us. Suddenly we feel inspired or urged to take a particular action, and it’s only later when we look back on our life that we realise this particular flash of inspiration or action was the single most important step towards finding the solution to whatever problem we faced at the time.
  2. See obstacles as opportunities
Life brings challenges, setbacks and difficulties for all of us, and these can quickly become big obstacles in our path, blocking our way forward – if we let them. The key to navigating these obstacles is to see them as opportunities – opportunities to grow! In order to develop your spiritual muscles you need to be challenged, right? Well, these obstacles are your own spiritual circuit training, and you can build your strength by asking the following questions of the wisdom that lies within you: What can I learn from this? How can I choose to let this make me stronger? What are the positive insights here for me? What do I need to focus on so I can move through this with ease and grace? As the wise Parahamansa Yogananda said: “The only difference between a piece of coal and a diamond is the pressure that’s been exerted on it.” So, look at these obstacles as divine opportunities to polish your inner diamond, so that it sparkles and shines with its exquisite light.
  3. Focus on everything you have for which you are grateful
In Why Kindness is Good for You, the scientist Dr David Hamilton looks at the well-researched link between practising daily gratitude and good health and wellbeing. Many studies have found that people who focused on five to ten things each day for which they felt thankful, were much happier than those who focused only on their frustrations.Gratitude acts like a divine magnet for even more happiness, love and inspiration to flow into our lives, because it opens up our heart, connecting us more fully with our loving essence. This raises our vibration so we can become a magnet for attracting even more positive energy into our lives.
  4. Cherish your body!
It is important to nourish your body including eating as much organic and natural food as possible. The better the fuel you give your body, the more vitality you will feel, and the more energy you will have with which to create your life. It is actually as simple as that. You create your life from the energy you have within, so make sure you treat yourself to healthy, vibrant energy-giving foods, such as organic fruits, berries, vegetables, salads, roasted root vegetables, homemade soups, nuts and seeds and, if you feel your body needs it, also some small quantities of organic live yoghurt, oily fish and organic free-range chicken.Home-pressed juices are great for providing a natural energy boost. You could use a mix of carrots, celery, spinach, romaine salad, apples, and if you want to, also a small beetroot and some broccoli.Look after your body and make time to regularly visit an Osteopath or a Chiropractor, who will be able to confirm that your spine, muscles and tissues are in good health. Your spinal health affects your whole nervous system and your blood circulation, which in turn affects all your organs. Making sure that all of this is working efficiently will help to increase your inner energy.Seek advice from a Medical Herbalist when you notice your immune system is compromised. Other natural therapies which are great for boosting mind and body wellbeing include Acupuncture, Ayurvedic Medicine, Homeopathy, Shamanism, Kinesiology, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.
  5. Exercise regularly!
Your body needs to move to efficiently rid itself of waste products, oxygenate the blood and release endorphins – your body’s own natural source of morphine – which causes you to feel happy and energetic. Make exercise fun by engaging in activities you love, such as Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Body Pump, weight training, swimming, dancing or walking.
  6. Rejuvenate and have a good start to the day
It is really important we get enough sleep as it is during this process that the body recovers and revitalizes. Make a habit of switching off your Wifi at night, and don’t allow mobile devices to be anywhere near your bed as they can negatively affect your nervous system. The mind also needs to rest. Taking time out every morning to meditate can cleanse your mind, open your heart and connect you with your inner love and happiness, so you can then bring this positive energy into the rest of your day. This makes it easier to choose love instead of fear, and whenever we choose love, we feel happier and lighter.
  7. Give time to yourself!
We all need time for ourselves, so schedule in some “me time” every day, and engage in activities that nourish you spiritually, such as meditating, taking a walk in the forest, painting, playing an instrument, writing, reading inspiring books, or whatever it is that helps you connect with your soul. View this as your own sacred time, not to be wasted watching TV, reading gossip magazines or surfing the net – activities that will only leave you feeling empty afterwards. Instead choose to do that which helps you to recharge your inner batteries so you become powered up with life energy, positivity, happiness and enthusiasm.
  8. Ask life: How can I help? How can I be of service?
When you allow Life to use you in service to others you will naturally be filled with happiness, so let Life show you how you can help others. Everyday ask: How may I serve? How may I help? We are all here to give to others. Even our dreams are not meant just for us – they are meant to come through us, as gifts to others.
  9. The Universe is on your side
You are a divine creator, completely connected to the Universe, and you are meant to manifest your dreams. As Mike Dooley says: “You are wired to succeed!” The Universe wants you to become the grandest version of yourself that you can possibly be, and the easiest way to do that is to trust that you are totally loved, and that you are perfect just the way you are, because in your essence you are light, you are love, you are sacred, and you are always doing the best you can with the resources you have available at any given moment in time. Being in this human existence is at times hard, but that is what makes it so amazing! Each of Life’s challenges is a chance to grow and evolve even more into our highest divine potential, to polish our inner diamonds, so that we – even when we are surrounded by darkness – can become like a beautiful star lighting up the dark blue sky.
